Registration Policy
We strive to keep our registration fees reasonable and school curriculum rich with outstanding instructors and workshop opportunities in a welcoming and accessible setting.
School Registration
Your registration fee includes core daytime activities during the -day school and evening events. Additional ‘tickets’ for family members to attend concerts, and additional events are available for purchase with registration or on-site. Registration cost includes all meals; on-site lodging packages are available. Transportation costs are the student’s responsibility and not included in the registration fee.
To maintain the optimal experience for our students, we limit registration to 60 students. Once we have filled those spaces, we can include late requests for registration on a wait list. The minimum registration to hold the 2023 School is 35 students.
Workshop Registration
Workshops are offered to students during the school for a fee and are in addition to the core classes and activities. We recommend you register for workshops at the time of school registration. Workshops are generally limited in size and preregistration is required.
Cancellation/ Refund Fee
Cancellation prior to May 15, 2023, will incur a $100 cancellation fee; all other fees will be refunded. Cancellation between May 16 through July 15 is 50% refundable. After July 16, no refunds. Should the Solstice Flute School be cancelled for any reason, all fees (school registration and workshop fees) will be refunded minus 10%.
If there are significant changes to the published schedule, instructors, or other school activities we will notify you by email.

"An amazing experience. It's not just about the flute. It's about people of like minds coming together; celebrating life."
