A journey with your flute down the paths of the warrior, teacher, healer, and visionary in this special course, designed to connect musical expression and intentions with various aspects of self and purpose.
We will learn to tap into the wisdom and potential of four shamanic archetypes and find specific ways to grow and share our unique gifts, through our music and beyond. We will explore various rhythmic and harmonic perspectives as we challenge ourselves to step into our passion and purpose. Participants will be musically and personally challenged to grow in new ways. Be prepared to use your body, voice, flute, and all your senses.
This course is based on "The Healing Flute Program" (Kalani) and the book by Angeles Arrien, “The Four-Fold Way: Walking the Paths of the Warrior, Teacher, Healer, and Visionary”. Every student will work within his/her personal skill level. Bring a notepad and dress for gentle movement and comfort.
What to bring: Bring a notepad and dress for gentle movement and comfort. Come with a desire to explore and grow. Be prepared to bring flutes and percussion instruments; more information will be sent in advance of the course.
Class size: 25 Students max; all levels welcome.
