Refund Policy

Event Lodging / Registration

Full Refund: Cancellations made through Monday, May 18, 2026 are eligible for a full refund (minus 3% processing fees).
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between Tuesday, May 19th and Wednesday, June 17, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund (minus 3% processing fees).
No Refunds: We are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made after Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
If you stay off-site, lodging refund policy will be that of the place you stay at. We are not responsible for such refunds.

Transfer of Registration

If you cannot attend you may transfer your registration to another person, to attend in your place, at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at least 14 days before the event so we can update our records.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Solstice Flute must cancel an event, participants will receive a full refund of registration fees. We are not responsible for travel, off-site lodging, or other costs outside of registration.

Solstice Store Merchandise

If you receive a defective item, misprinted, manufacturing problem, etc... contact ron@solsticeflute.org to arrange a reprint. Please send at least one picture of the issue, more if needed to clearly show what is wrong, and a description of the issue and we will request a reprint and have it shipped at no charge to you.

If you have ordered the wrong color or size we are sorry but we cannot make refunds or send replacements in such cases.

Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable.
