Better Together: A Sound Healing Journey

Step into a sanctuary of peace, connection, and renewal with Better Together, an immersive sound journey guided by Rona Yellow Robe & Shelley Morningsong. Together, they weave a beautiful tapestry of sound, heart, and spirit, inviting you to rest, release, and reconnect with yourself, one another, and the world around you.
Through the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, ancient vocal chants, Native American flute, gong, hang drum, stringed instruments, and more, Shelley and Rona create a shared space where individual sounds become part of a greater harmony. Each instrument carries its own voice, its own vibration, and its own unique medicine. Woven together with intention, these sounds invite us to experience the profound beauty of connection and the ways we are supported, uplifted, and enriched when we come together.
This immersive sound journey offers an opportunity to quiet the mind, soften the body, and open the heart. As the sounds flow around and through you, allow yourself to settle into the present moment, release what you no longer need to carry, and experience the gentle reminder that none of us walks this journey alone.

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort, or feel free to enjoy the experience seated. Shelley and Rona will also provide some blankets and comfortable eye masks lightly scented with lavender, should you wish to use them, creating an even more soothing and restful atmosphere.

A Journey of Connection Through the Native American Flute
Better Together is an inspiring, heart-centered workshop that invites us to discover the healing power of connection through the timeless voice of the Native American flute. Guided by Rona’s warmth, wisdom, and artistry, participants will explore how sound, breath, intention, and shared experience can open the heart, nurture inner peace, and deepen our connection with ourselves and one another.
Through the spiritual essence of the flute, Rona will share her personal insights and unique techniques for working with its soothing, therapeutic energy. Together, we will create a space of mindfulness, self-discovery, and heartfelt connection, exploring how music can ease stress, encourage emotional release, and bring us into greater harmony with the world around us.
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned player, you are welcome exactly as you are. This is an opportunity to deepen your relationship with your instrument, listen to the song within, and experience the beauty of making music in community. When we come together with open hearts and a shared intention, our individual voices become part of something greater than ourselves.
